I'm 32 weeks. I feel horrific. Headache, dizzy, white specs in vision sometimes, lots of protein in wee but normal blood pressure?

I had this and was tested for iron deficiency which came back anaemic and since taking the iron for 2 weeks I’m feeling much better than before. Midwife wasn’t concerned about preeclampsia as although all the symptoms were the same (headaches, spot in vision, fainting, swelling in my feet, pain in ribs) my blood pressure was good and so she said she’ll just keep an eye. Definitely talk to your midwife and get some advice Smile

If you have protein in your wee then preclamsia is probably just a matter of when rather than if. Contact the emergency number for your labour ward and let them know - they may want to measure your blood pressure again. In preclamsia it can often change from low to high within a few hours.
