Hello – I have recently been diagnosed with BV and I’m currently treating the infection. Last week when wiping, there was light pink discharge on the tissue – this only happened twice. I text my midwife who advised it is common and unless I experience cramping or bright red blood there was no need to worry. The same thing happened yesterday when I wiped, again I didn’t have any cramping etc. I did a ClearBlue digital test and it is showing as 3+ weeks so I’m presuming the HcG in my urine hasn’t decreased as that is the result I’ve had for the last two weeks when testing (three weeks ago it was 2-3 weeks). Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Should I be concerned? Could it be linked to the BV infection?
