Diareha and terrible back pain

Pregnant with baby number 3. 29 + 5. Since last Friday whenever I eat I run to the loo with diareha. Last night severe back pain that woke me a few times. The only time I got this pain was when I was in labour with first son. No contractions or bh. Anyone have advice or suggestions please

yes, contact your midwife now - you could be in labour.

Thank you - now have constant period pain. Came to my hospital. Just had ctg and waiting to see the doctor
