Mine was the same. I had to buy maternity very early as it was painful wearing regular clothes. I had a lot of pain too which was investigated and no cause found. It only really started easing at about 18-20 weeks, still get the odd day though. Looser or maternity clothes really help and I’d be straight into a nightie or something with no waist band as soon as I was home. Lie on side helps and try not sit in same position too long. I could have honestly slapped people who would just lung forward and touch my stomach to feel the baby Angry. It’s always worth checking with midwife but your stomach and muscles are doing a lot of stretching and moving

I think that's quite normal as I've had that too. Even now at nearly half way the feel of the Doppler being pushed into my stomach is very uncomfortable. I remember at my 12 week scan it actually hurt having it done. As the PP has said maybe maternity wear or looser fitting clothes will help. Even though I can still fit in my regular size 10 jeans I stopped wearing them around the 12 week mark as they were uncomfortable/painful and I tend to wear leggings or dresses so there is no waist band digging in
