When to tell work?

If it's affecting you health wise should you let your employer know sooner than 12+ weeks?

I'm 7+1 and suffering fatigue and morning sickness and nausia

But last Wednesday found out my role is being made redundant and I have to apply to another role in the company to stay on

So I'm torn what to do

Thanks in advance

Is there anyone you could confide in to help? It's a tricky position and I think, given you don't have to tell your work for a good while, it might not be worth risking it if you need to apply for a new role.

It's so hard getting through nausea at work, but I found it helpful once I'd told one person and they were able to help me during really bad points - bring toast/water and making excuses etc
