I had an internal scan today which confirmed the sac, measuring at 5 weeks and 2 days. Nothing else could be seen due to the early stage of pregnancy.
The sonographer also noted that there is a collection of blood around the sac. She told me that I would either bleed that out or my body would reabsorb this.
Bloods were taken and I've to return in 48 for more bloods to check hcg is doubling.
I am so worried. I got a really negative vibe from sonographer. I have 2 daughters but since my last I've had 3 miscarriages and I'm terrified I'm heading for another.
I am back in a week for a further scan. I didn't bleed during either of my healthy pregnancies and now I'm terrified the bleeding will start.
