It's my second time being pregnant and with my first I was realy nauseaus from 6-12 weeks, not really actual sickness just constant queasiness.

This time it started at 5 weeks and until yesterday it was bad (actually projectile vomited last night for the first time ever).

Woke up this morning at 6+5 and I don't have that queasiness anymore, I do have to keep eating often otherwise the acid comes but it's not all consuming nausea, I feel like my body is playing tricks on me.
I'm guessing this is just a one off and it will be back?

It's hard to know as it can come and go randomly! I had a great day on Sunday, felt good, no sickness, then yesterday a sudden wave of nausea had me vomiting in the street. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Keep hydrated.

Id say its too early to worry about symptom regularity...my sickness started at 6 weeks (wasnt sick everyday) felt fine some days then by 7/8 weeks it was every day multiple times and in hospital with hyperemesis by week 9...your hormones will still be building up at this point. Also none of my pregnancy symptoms were the same...& im on number 4 Flowers
