Early pregnancy symptoms (twins???)

Hello ladies,
This is my second pregnancy and I am 5 weeks 4 days. I have been having symptoms since 10 dpo. With my first i didn’t have any symptoms until 7 weeks...I am now having nausea, my breasts are enlarged and very sore, I have vivid dreams every night, I feel breathless if I walk more than 10 steps lol and I feel very uncomfortable in normal clothes and I feel dizzy/lightheaded all the time. I didn’t thinkthis was possible. for some reason i have the thought in my mind that there’s two in there...has anyone else had the same experience but turned out they only had one? I would be happy to have twins, but I know only the scan can confirm :)

I felt the same with this pregnancy since 9dpo, the sickness and nausea has been unbearable, never had anything with my first, but turns out it’s just one in there and another boy.

Think it's more likely a second pregnancy thing rather than a twin thing although I briefly thought the same!

This second time was so much worse as I was already shattered from having a toddler but it was only one baby. I got a bit more energy around 26/27 weeks but the early days were rough!

I had twins and was never nauseous, no sickness

I felt exactly the same and even my midwife questioned a history of twins because of my symptoms. I'm 13 weeks tomorrow and have my scan Thursday so we'll find out soon! I've lost weight though (thanks sickness & aversions) but have gained a rounded belly (be it bloat or baby - it's there).

My first pregnancy was a singleton and I'm now 15 weeks into my second pregnancy, which is twins. All my symptoms have been more mild this time around - less sickness, less tired, fewer pains, etc.

Yep I was exactly the same. Sure enough identical twins at my 12 week scan!

Had bad sickness I have tried grapefruits it works wonders I am smiling again

Hello ladies! Thanks for all your replies.
I am now 9 weeks pregnant and I had a scan at 6 weeks. There is only one baby haha They have taken a blood sample tho and it turned out that at 5 weeks I had double the HCG than average, so that explains a lot...I feel dizzy quite a lot, but the nausea is not actually that bad anymore. I found the little one`s heartbeat yesterday with a doppler
