I have been advised that my baby is in the back to back position, and was wondering if anyone could advise how to get him to turn around??

I had this with my first son, but that was over 10 years ago, and can't remember the advice - although he didn't turn till he was on his way out!!

Thanks

Hi Tanya-

The advice I got on that was the 'polar bear' position, basically spending some time every day on all fours to enable him as much room as possible to make it easy for him to turn around. That said I went into labour very easy and using this in labour didn't work so hopefully earlier it will!

try www.spinningbabies.com/ or www.homebirth.org.uk/ofp.htm for some good advice.
