Job interview - don't know what to do

I'm 5+5 wks today. On Thursday (6 weeks) I have a job interview for a job I've been waiting to come up for the best part of three years. Unfortunately if I get it, I wouldn't even qualify for SMP (only Maternity Allowance), which my DH and I can't afford. So, if I get the job, and am still pregnant, I will have to turn it down.

Would you go to the interview? Pull out that morning? I don't want to rule myself out until I absolutely have to.

I'm also freaking out cos my boobs have stopped hurting in the past 24 hours or so, and now I'm worried that my hormone levels are dropping... 😭

Feel like a right mess. Any words of reassurance? Thanks.

Personally I would go for the interview and see how it goes. If you are successful you can have a think then.
Is it the sort of role where once you come back after mat leave you could put yourself forward for again? At least you’ll have got the interview experience.
