Hi. I'm a ftm and I'm 18+4. I feel huge and everyone keeps telling me how big I am and whether I'm sure I'm only having one baby!

Can I see other bumps at the same week? Thanks x

I think I was fairly similar at 18 weeks. I had a proper bump at 14 weeks. But growth actually slowed down towards the end. Everyone grows at different rates! I have a short torso and I think that contributes coz there’s less room for things in there so it protrudes out more.

I was same size - possibly bit bigger Blush Ignore the ‘helpful’ comments, we all come in different shapes and sizes so why would size of bump be any different. People feel they have this weird right to comment, it it wasn’t too big it would be ‘too small, too high, too low’ etc, just because it isn’t exact same as theirs. MIL still says I’m having twins or I’m further along that I think (I’ve had 4 scans now, all dating exact same), it gets boring but you just have to learn to tune it out

Hi op, no pic as I'm not pregnant but just wanted to say I can completely relate regarding the size comments! I was always being told how 'huge' or 'tiny' I was and don't even get me started on the endless advice and bump touching without asking first!

No real advice but just wanted to say keep your chin up and I think your bump is beautiful Thanks

Here's me at 18+3. I think it looked a little bigger than this in real life!

@firstimemamma hey. Thanks for the comment Smile yes how annoying are those people that just touch bump! It annoys me. No one would've touched me before pregnancy so no idea why they can touch my body without my permission. I don't mind when it's family and friends but someone I've never got on with just cane over and touched it last week and I hate it. Find it so rude but thankyou for the lovely comment xxx

@Holiday16 you're welcome. Good luck with the baby

Everyone carries differently. I have a short torso so not much room between ribs and hips for baby so I carry big. My sister is tall and carries small. She is always told ‘is baby ok you’re so small’! People are rude and need to stop commenting on bumps.
