Pregnacare - headaches?

I'll blame baby brain that it's taken me over 5 weeks to realise the link, but I've been taking pregnacare since my booking appointment on the advice of the midwife (I was just taking folic acid before) and have been getting terrible headaches, especially in the morning and evening.

I stopped taking it last night and although I'm still getting headaches today they don't feel quite as bad. I'm going to phone the midwife after the weekend to see if I can stop taking them and maybe take something else as I'm thinking there's something in there that doesn't agree with me.

Has anyone else had this with pregnacare?

No but had horrendous headaches from around 7/8 weeks until about 18 weeks. Plenty of other pregnancy vitamins to try if those don’t agree with you, if you have a good diet you don’t really need any

I had this with pregnacare when I was pregnant with my son. I used to take them first thing and I was getting crashing headaches by lunchtime every day. It took my ages to work out the link too but when I did I switched to taking them in the evening after eating, and the headaches went away. I'm taking them in the evening again this time round and haven't had any problems.

I had this with my first pregnancy. Felt like shit but felt okay after I stopped taking them. This pregnancy, I used vitamins from a website called Healthspan with no issues whatsoever.
