Boy or girl- any guesses?? Nub / skull/ other theories?

This is from my 12w 3 day scan.

Thank you ladies!! So far.... 1 boy vs 3 girls. Any reason for your thinking? On my last baby I could see the nub really clearly but on this one I can’t see it, as I think bubbas legs are in the way. Please let me know what theory your predictions were based on. I am really interested!!xx

Anyone else any ideas??

Thought I could see a nub that looks about parallel to baby's spine, but I could be wrong! Congrats btw x

@sillysallystruthers do you think this could be the nub?

I went skull for a girl,its so round & boys are a slope & sharp.i cant do the nub so i go by skull.
Once u find out u will have to come back & let us kno x

@angelinthenight v interesting, I’m not good at skull theory- here’s my last baby’s picture- I think it looks like a similar shape skull my existing child is a boy. Do you think the new bubbas scan looks different to this?

@MrsMummyBx I'd say the forehead on your son's scan is quite squared off and is more rounded on your current baby scan so skull theory would suggest girl. Also the bit you pointed on current scan is where I believe the nub is. X

@icecreamsundae32 thanks so much, I am trying so hard to understand these scans and driving myself bonkers! Really helpful to hear that you think they look different and also that I’m on right track where I’ve pointed to nub - if that’s where it is then I agree it’s a girly angle. In my sons scan it was sooo obvious just finding this one more tricky!!

I find the theories fascinating! I never knew about them when I had my boys but the scan with my daughter the head was so rounded and different to the boys I actually thought it looked odd and something might be wrong with her - of course she is fine and when I look at the boys' scans now the nuns are so obviously more up than on my daughter's!

@MrsMummyBx I thought it could be yeah! Hard to tell. My scan is the same making us wait! X
