I'm 4 weeks today and I have been having such bad cramps. Did anyone else have this?

I do have IBS and I'm not sure if it's that, the pregnancy or the two combined. Plus I did nights earlier this week which often flares up my IBS and I can't take any of my normal meds for this now. All I can have is peppermint tea and paracetamol.

I'm going to the GP Tuesday but I am so uncomfortable and woken up the last too nights about 1:30 in pain for about half an hour and have pain on and off throughout the day. I'm going to have to tell work today incase it happens at work. I'm worried something is wrong.

IBS cramps feel different to Uterine or round ligament cramps and are often made worse / improved by having a poo.

Im suffering with my IBS at the moment too - its making my sickness worse as well as my stomach cramp. Im 15 weeks gone.
Im going to speak to my gp Tuesday about this too. It dehabilitating.

I had really bad cramps at 4 weeks, when my AF was due, which I had never had before. Again at 8 weeks I had some more but they weren't as bad as at 4 weeks so maybe it's that? I would imagine having IBS symptoms wont help though.

No IBS sucks and defiantly think it's exacerbating everything and that I have a combination of my body changing and IBS. I have a GP appointment on Tuesday. It's just a bit scary too, maybe it's not sticking. I'm trying not to worry.
