I am 12 weeks and a few days and I just suddenly don't feel pregnant anymore.

Is this normal?? I'm just panicking a bit as for a good 8 weeks I've felt nothing but s**t

Suspect it is morning sickness stopping. Some unlucky people have it all the way through but most stop after about 12 weeks.

I had exactly the same. It’s weird, you almost wish you felt sick again just to reassure yourself you’re still pregnant! But it’s normal. Think it’s to do with placenta taking over more, so a drop in pregnancy hormones.

I am 10 weeks and i wish i didnt feel pregnant i feel sick af constantly! If your worried call midwife, have you had your scan yet?x

sl07 · 25/05/2019 20:23

I've already had my scan and seen the heartbeat but it's today that I suddenly don't feel anything.

Im panicking incase I have eaten something I shouldn't off and it's done damage or something

If you’d eaten something that could affect the baby, it would also affect you. Unless you’ve had food poisoning symptoms then you shouldn’t worry about that.

Can you call your midwife to put your mind at rest? Anxiety in early pregnancy is the worst, talking it over with them can really help.

I remember feeling like this some days and worrying! (I'm now 32 wks) I would enjoy this days as much as possible because tomorrow you'll probably feel like shit again 😂 xx

Yes this happened to me except I thought I was 10 weeks. Phoned midwife in tears thinking I'd miscarried. She took my dates and told me I was 12 weeks. I'd counted from conception date.

All pregnancy symptoms just disappeared overnight. I expected them to go gradually. Plenty more aches and niggles came along a few weeks later Confused

I'd still give them a ring to check though.

Probably just the first trimester horror drawing to a close. I felt the same around 12 weeks, 16 weeks now and still feel great and definitely still healthy and pregnant.

hannah9176 · 26/05/2019 09:15

Same happened to me. I'm 21 weeks and haven't really felt any symptoms since about 11 weeks. My bump only popped out about 4 days ago too so I was a bit worried but all is fine 💕

Di11y · 26/05/2019 09:19

your placenta is fully formed and managing the needs of the baby now, so you just don't feel like shit any more. that's why they talk about the second trimester glow!

KinderSurpriseBump · 26/05/2019 19:47

Hi! I'm 11 weeks and my symptoms have reduced quite a bit, thank God. It's totally normal as you reach the second trimester.
Your scan should reassure you.
