13 weeks an still worried that I'm gonna lose this baby i just Carnt get any of it out my head that everything is going to be okay any one eles feel the same

I think it's normal to feel that way, you're growing a little person and at that stage they are so small. Worry can be a good thing when it causes you to get any concerns checked out etc. But just don't let it take over and steal the joy from your pregnancy. Remember that women have been having babies for years, your body was literally designed to nurture your unborn child, and they are more protected in there than you think. So just look after yourself, and if you have any concerns report them to your Midwife so you can get some peace of mind. Congrats on your pregnancy :)

Thank you so much I just don't no why I'm feeling like this at all the pregnancy is going so well so far and I just Carnt allow my self to be excited as I'm just worried it's all going to go wrong
