Could this be an early BFP after implanon removal?!

Hi there,
I think I am driving myself crazy.
On the 23rd of April i had the implanon taken out so we could start trying for number 2. I never bled on it and have no idea what my cycles were like. I haven’t had AF since it came out either. So today I took a test it has the FAINTEST line on it EVER! I wasn’t even sure I was really seeing it or making it up...my OH looked at it and he could see it too. We looked at the allotted time and I have been back and forth to it all day altho I see it less and less each time. Could I be pregnant already?!
Has anybody else gone through this?!

Sadly not. So annoyed for not taking one. Going to test again in the morning and try and get one then. It’s been a real struggle to not test again today. But I’m thinking if it’s that faint with my morning pee it prob won’t show during the day. For more sensitive tests today too.

Felt achy, crampy and hot last night. Thought for sure AF was coming. But this morning there was nothing. Took a cheepie test and it was clearly a BFN. Don’t know what’s going on and feeling down.

It's not uncommon to get really exaggerated hormonal symptoms when coming off hormonal contraception.

If you have really strong symptoms of pregnancy, but not strong positive tests, the symptoms are likely from coming off the implant and not related to any pregnancy. Doesn't mean you won't end up pregnant, just that these strong 'symptoms' are from your body reacting to a change in hormone levels (likely a reaction to changing progesterone levels).

One day at a time. Test in a couple days. If you are pregnant, the hcg hormone should double every 48 hours or so. So a faint line generally gets me ch stronger 48 hours later.

I had mine out in December and fell mid/end of jan so it is possible

I never bled on the implant and had a very light first bleed a few weeks after having it removed. Then pretty much fell pregnant straight away xx

@Holiday16 really? That gives me hope. Altho I have still had no bleed since it was removed. Def no AF. I haven't even got any tests In the house. Really don't want to see a BFN again.

@HannahMitchell14 yes we wasn't expecting to fall until 6-12 months after stopping as that what docs said but was so quick we couldn't believe it either and I was so worried I would lose it early on but I'm now 18+4 and all going well

@HannahMitchell14 with DD I had it removed mid November, had period December tested BFP beginning Jan, with this baby had it removed mid Dec had a period straight after and another in Jan tested BFP beginning Feb 😁 xx

@Holiday16 thats what the doctor said to us 😂 we thought thats good gives us time to prepare! NOPE pregnant within a month 😌 similar this time so I always tell people DON'T listen to the doctor haha currently 19+2!! X

When I had my son I had the implanon taken out, had AF in a week and then tested a month later and got a BFP.

This time round I have had nothing. No AF or BFP! Honestly don't know what is going on with my body. I am so tired all the time and I am getting strange cramps but nothing. I haven't tested since Saturday so went and got tests today. Going to take on with my morning pee. Not hopeful tho. Just hate when my body doesn't do as its told. Feeling pretty down.

@HannahMitchell14 dont panic to much if its a BFN! Its only been a month it will happen soon! I thought it wasn't going to happen for months because I didn't catch straight away like I did with DD so it has taken a long time to sink in especially with it being a boy after catching on the second cycle 🤣 xx

So this happened with this mornings test... tell me it's true!
