Help? BFP but I can't believe it

Morning ladies!

I am on cycle 12 of ttc and have got myself so used to symptom spotting with a BFN, then this morning when this happened I am second guessing the results.

My pee has been a little darker the last week and I have been drinking herbal slim a tea from Holland and Barrett (coz I have been a little blocked) and I'm frightened this may be a false result because of the tea.

I know this may sound so silly, but could that be a reason?

I am trying so hard not to cry and I am so hopeful but I don't want H2B to know if it's not real.!

Any other ways I can test today?

Thanks all! I spoke with my GP who said do a second test to be sure. And then go buy some folic acid I am still in total shock, but planning to how H2B when he gets in from work. It's going to be the longest day ever

@Getthepetwet yes it's our first xx we have been trying for over a year so I am gobsmacked! H2B has a subscription box which arrived today, so I have popped everything in that so when he opens it later he can be shocked too
