I feel mine at night time...usually when I'm lying down. I'm 16 weeks.

I only felt mine when I had high blood pressure during pregnancy. Have you had yours checked recently? X

No nothing to do with clexanxe I took this all last pregnancy and post natally and have to start again soon ( nearly 19 weeks)

When your pregnant your blood volume
Increases by nearly 50% and as such your heart is working a lot harder to pump all that extra blood around which can make you feel your pulse and heartbeat more.

I feel like I can feel it in my ears lol

I felt my pulse when I was badly aneamic. My consultant explained it that my heart was compensating for lack of oxygen in my blood and was working overtime!
