Bleeding During Pregnancy

Has anyone else had bleeding during pregnancy? I'm 13 weeks + 5 days and have had intermittent bleeding. I've been scanned three times and everything seems fine but I'm going crazy trying to figure out what is going on and why this is happening. It's terrifying and I can't find anything online about this.

I had bleeds on both my pregnancies at various stages, the first one being at around 16 weeks. It turns out I had a polyp, nothing to worry about.

I am going through this at the moment had some bleeding at 14 weeks and was scanned which showed blood in the uterus. Have to go for another scan in a few days to see if the bleeding has stopped I am going crazy with worry. Had my first scan just 3 days before the bleeding and everything was fine so not sure why this is happening now but also finding it hard to find answers

I had this. They said it was probably just irritation of the cervix. It was very scary but everything turned out fine. Hope it’s the same for you.
