Hey everybody. I've been having quite a lot of symptoms in pregnancy (I'm 6+5) but today I've woke up and if I didn't know I was pregnant I wouldn't think I was. Just feel totally normal. Anybody else's symptoms vanish and everything be okay.
I've been starving last few days yet today I'm absolutely fine d

I hope it continues for you but don’t speak too soon - I felt absolutely fine then it suddenly kicked in! Vom central!

Megan2018 · 22/05/2019 11:18

I had virtually nothing in first trimester and am now 23+6 and still feel really well. Not everyone finds pregnancy hard (and I am old at 41!).

I did feel very tired around weeks 9-12 so be prepared for that though.

At every scan I have been convinced they will find a problem as I have had so few symptoms but so far baby very happy.

It's really hard to tell what is normal for you - you just have to sit tight and wait for the scans unfortunately.

It’s a bit early to be losing symptoms. I would be concerned. Do you have access to a GP/midwife? If they don’t return tomorrow maybe have a word with them.

Whatwillhappentomorrow · 22/05/2019 14:42

I think everyone has the odd day. I was getting mild symptoms on and off until bang on 7 weeks. Since then I have felt constantly sick, tired, faint, headaches the lot.

Enjoy it. I know it's hard not to worry. Just use the time where you are well enough to get things done that you need to do. You soon might not be able to do much.

Mamabear12 · 22/05/2019 14:54

With my first only symptom was a missed period. This time around I feel slightly sick from afternoon Until evening. But not too bad.

OnlyFoolsnMothers · 22/05/2019 15:00

enjoy it while it lasts. Whilst I never threw up in my pregnancy the nausea and exhaustion kicked in around 20weeks- never got that last trimester burst of energy either. Everyone is different

DesperadoDan · 22/05/2019 15:02

1st pregnancy totally symptomless and easy until 32 weeks when my blood pressure shot up, ended up in hospital at 34 weeks with preeclampsia. DD born perfectly healthy at 36 weeks.
2nd pregnancy totally symptomless until DS was born very quickly at 39 weeks.
I wouldn’t worry too much, women who have easy pregnancies don’t post on forums about how well they are feeling. It’s the women who are suffering that post for advice.
Congratulations and enjoy your pregnancy Flowers

HeyMicky · 22/05/2019 15:04

I didn't have any morning sickness in either pregnancy, no reflux, no swollen ankles. I didn't have magically thicker hair or glowing skin either, mind. I got fatter, and had some ligament pain on the 3rs trimester. That was it.

It's not always dreadful. Count yourself lucky if it isn't

bluemarie87 · 22/05/2019 15:28

Thanks for the replies. I've still got symptoms just lost the tiredness and the sickness feeling for a couple of days. If it gets worse I'll ring the gp. My last pregnancy I didn't know I was pregnant until 8 weeks so maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones

With both my dc I had 0 symptoms whatsoever. No sickness, tiredness , swelling, braxton hicks. Nothing.
Have 2 very healthy dcs.

This time round have odd wave of nausea. And bit tired. Only 4.3 now. But it's still a worry.

VapeVamp12 · 22/05/2019 16:57

I'm 12+5 now and other than sore boobs (which is a lot better now) I have had next to no symptoms. To the point I have done about 10 tests over the weeks leading up to my scan.

Had my scan last Friday and all was fine. I just count myself lucky :)

Fuscialuscia · 22/05/2019 18:19

I’m in a very similar position. I’m around 12 weeks and have had a symptomless pregnancy which means that I am very nervous about my scan tomorrow! Like everyone else says I think everyone is unique in their response to pregnancy and sometimes reading too much about others symptoms only adds to the anxiety. Try not to worry and just go with the flow and what will be will be. I’ll keep you posted about my scan tomorrow and I hope I can reassure you that symptomless pregnancies don’t necessarily spell bad news

starflake · 22/05/2019 18:35

I was/am similar, had a scan at 6+3 & before that I could barely get out of the bed all day, very nauseous, sore boobs, constant peeing, then literally the day after the scan most declined over the course of 3/4 days. I'm now 8+2 and today it's all back with a bang! So sick all day & just feeling so sorry for myself in the bed all day and wondering why I didn't enjoy those few weeks of let up rather than worrying if something was wrong

kkl1 · 22/05/2019 21:03

In early pregnancy symptoms come and go it's so normal I has sickness really bad then one day woke up an not sick no more only once a blue moon I'm now 12 weeks 4 days an just waiting for it to come back xx

Bubblebubble123 · 22/05/2019 21:19

I think symptoms can be stronger some days. I definitely have days where I feel a bit less tired or boobs aren’t as sore and then they’re back the next day. I would be slightly concerned if they disappeared altogether and didn’t return tho. So see how the next few days go!

Sessy19 · 23/05/2019 07:32

I had no tiredness at all. In fact I felt quite full of energy. At 8w I was suddenly struck with ALL DAY SICKNESS and it has not abated. Still no fatigue, which seemed strange to me. I’ve been a shift worker before and I tend to run on low sleep levels anyway (about 4-5hrs a night) so I assume I’m just well adjusted. But the nausea, my dear GOD, the nausea hit me like a freight train. I get the odd few days where I feel normal, lulled into a false sense of security, and then I’m rough again.

I honestly wouldn’t worry! Enjoy it, it might return...😬

Pinkvoid · 23/05/2019 10:31

I had no symptoms whatsoever with two of my pregnancies, they were girls so I’ve put it down to that Wink. However I did lose symptoms once and it was a missed miscarriage so I think a sudden loss of symptoms can be concerning rather than just not having any from the off...

See how it goes, sometimes you can feel nothing one day then it all returns the next.

bluemarie87 · 23/05/2019 12:25

Its not a sudden loss. I still have bloating and sore boobs it's just the hunger has disappeared :(

@bluemarie87
Its normal to worry until you have the scan, if you have no pain or bleeding odds are everything is fine. MMC is talked about all the time on here, but in reality is very rare. Most miscarriages are not missed.
You just have to sit it out.
I was convinced at 10wk, 12 wk and 20wk scans there would be an issue due to lack of symptoms but all was fine.
There are plenty of people with full on symptoms that experience loss, so symptoms or lack of are no indication of good or bad outcomes.
The time passes eventually! In the interim there is actually bugger all anyone can say or do that helps IME.
