See a chiropractor.
I was seeing one regularly pre-pg but we've slightly increased the frequency to every 6 weeks (was 8-10). It is working well so far!

I had one bad day last week after spending far too long out walking the day before - but it sorted itself after a rest day fortunately.

Also a good pregnancy pillow.

Mine stated about 16 weeks, so quite early. I have found increasing my exercise, particularly walking has really improved it. I was also recommended some exercises by my midwife and encouraged to continue with yoga as long as I was happy to. It feels quite good when I really stretch through the hips and buttocks.
