Help!!! Really Dont Understand whats going on

Hi all, im a new mum again and looking for some help its been 10 years since my last pregnancy... Found out i was pregnant on 7th of may... I had a scan on 8th may due to unbearable pains scan seen 3mm gestation sac... Had another scan a week later and a very faint yolk sac was seen but nothing else apart from possible dividing membrane... I have another scan on the 29th to confirm everything but dont get how far pregnant i am as last period was 14th april and period before that was around 23rd March i didnt think it was possible to see anything at 3 weeks pregnant and the period before this was mid march which seems way too far away... Does anyone have any ideas or experienced something simular?

I'm going through similar but the other way around, I'm not as far along as my dates suggested. It's a stressful time with all the early scans etc. Can't really offer any advice but you're not alone!

Thing is i can pin point my dates a DP was away for 3/4 weeks! so only 2 possible conception dates are anything before 6th April or 2nd of may... Really confused with it all... But my clearblue test did show pregnant 1 week so add the 2 weeks thats 14th is right but conception 2nd positive test the 7th doesnt sound right to me

It’s possible the ‘period’ in April was actually implantation bleeding in which case you got your BFF around 3 weeks later and are therefore a little ahead of your dates. Sperm can survive for approx 5-7 days and then implantation can take place 6-10 days after fertilisation so you could have ovulated around the 10th April and had implantation bleeding a few days later meaning scan dates are about right.

I had pain and issues when I was very early in pregnancy and went to hospital and had a scan, they can't see much but still gave me a due date, which was way off once I went and got my dating scan a few weeks later. That early on they can see something but barely anything so the measurements they take aren't accurate.
When I went for my proper dating scan the radiographer laughed that they'd even tried to date it that early on.

My Eldest 2 were always classed as small babies ment to born 3pound by scan size even had nicu waiting for them but came out 5lb6 and 5lb12 and healthy!
