First pregnancy - anyone else just found out?

I have just found out I am pregnant :) This will be our first baby, went to GP yesterday and she confirmed I am 4 weeks pregnant. Anyone else just found out and having their first? I am getting bad pains (which feel like period pains on and off), had dizzy spells 2 weeks ago but other than that I feel fine. I have my first midwife appointment on the 11th of June. I don't think it's really sunk it yet!

Im 21 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my first. Found out very late during pregnancy though. Didn't really sink in until first saw baby on scan.

Congratulations!

I get period type cramps all time. Used to get dizzy try drinking lots of water and just take time. Make sure your eating healthy.
