I asked a question about 4/5 days ago now about disappearing symptoms as for a few hours on thurs and fri last week my breast tenderness seemed to disappear.
Yesterday, I started getting cramps which didn’t feel like the early pregnancy cramps and felt more sharp and stabby and really painful, and i started bleeding... I started bleeding around 11am which was light pink and watery but by 1pm it was heavy (a pad an hour) and a real dark red. Out of hours dr sent me to A&E, and the on call junior gynae dr did a speculum exam and said my cervix was still closed. My hCG is 1470 (exactly 5w) and by 4:30/5pm, 3/4 hours later, the pain miraculously disappeared and the bleeding completely stopped. I was convinced I was having another miscarriage (I’ve had two) but no miscarriage I’ve had has lasted 3 hours, and I passed no clots bar a few tiny ones - I’ve had bigger when I’ve been on! The hospital are baffled and all they can do is ask me to go back tomorrow morn for a repeat blood test.
Has anyone else had heavy bleeding and pain that lasted for a few hours before completely disappearing? I’ve been completely fine today too, a few twinges which I do associate with early pregnancy and no blood whatsoever 
Any help/personal experiences would be really appreciated 😊
