What week was dc2 born?

Hi,

My dd was born at 39 weeks exactly and I'm now 31+3 with dd2.
My doctor said that as I don't have a history of going overdue, this baby should hopefully be early as well.

I'm wondering if that's true?
What weeks were your dc born?

Hello, I’m 39+3 with pregnancy 2 and was 13 days over with DD1! I am not hoping for any repeat of that this time around 😭

DD1 37+6
DD2 40+6

Ds 1 37wks
Ds2 bang on due date
DD 1(3rd child) 9 days over due. Longest 9 days of my life. Worth it though!

Dd1 40
Dd2 40+1

DS1 36+5
DS2 40+2

DC1 = 40+13 (induced)
DC2 = 40+3 (spontaneous)

Dc1 38+4
Dc2 39+4
Dc3 41+6 😩
Dc4 due tomorrow so who knows!

DS1 - 38+3

DC1 - 37 weeks
DC2 - 40+3

Mine were all born 37+3, all induced thou.

So the majority of you actually had dc2 later!
That's surprised me!

Both labours started in the early morning about 36 hours after a sweep. I think this is an unusual level of similarity though!

First baby 36+6, second baby 40+6, third baby 39 exactly.

Like you, I was fully expecting DS2 to be early but I guess it doesn’t always work like that.

First-42 weeks induced
Second- 40+5 spontaneous
Third- 38 weeke spontaneous
Fourth - 34+4 spontaneous
Fifth- 31 weeks spontaneous
Sixth- 29+4 weeks spontaneous

Thought it was a myth that first babies are always late, therefore expect second one earlier. I wonder if that's based on second inducements supposedly being faster?
