I'm interested in finding out about hypnobirthing, but reluctant to spend lots of money on a course, in case it turns out to be not for me. Can anyone recommend any youtube videos? Or similar low cost options? Many thanks.

I found this book great:

There are MP3 hypnosis tracks that you download and listen to. Read the Amazon reviews!

Thank @littlecabbage - I've looked that up on Amazon

I have the Katherine Graves book and it's great. The birth of my dd was so calm

Look up the positive birth company. £35 for the online course and she has some free sample videos on YouTube.

Yep definitely the positive birth company for online videos.

I got the Maggie Howell book and CD, around twenty pounds for both on Amazon, really helped me during labour

I have that book, it didn't work for me because it was so boring I kept falling asleep whenever I tried to read it.

What @allergyhelpnewbaby said!

Siobhan Miller is amazing and she's also just written a book.

Good luck with your pregnancy Smile

Yep The Positive Birth company digital pack completely changed my birth. I can't recommend it enough! She has a few YouTube videos just to give you a flavour of her style. Fab.
