Baby box came today - great! But underwhelming in comparison to the ones in Scotland. Any one come across any other freebies worth getting? I've seen Emma's diary bags - anyone had one?

I got Emma diary bags. I wouldn't go out of my way to get them but if i was in a shop that did them I would redeem them. same as bounty.

Activate your boots advantage card and join their parenting club. I got a free mam bottle and dummy yesterday.

Oooh I just sent off my advantage parenting club card form, I didnt realise you got free stuff 😁. My emmas diary bags were OK (although I didn't get any nappies or breast pads in them as advertised). Got quite a few stretch mark cream samples and things like bepanthem/toothpaste for the baby (pic). The baby box thing was a con - couldn't pick up anywhere in my area so you either had to pay £4.95 delivery for the tote bag which just contained nappies and wipes (which lidl sells for as cheap!) or £19.95 to have the box delivered!

I got the bounty packs and Emma's diary ones lots of free samples of stretch mark creams, breast pads, breast milk bags and lots of vouchers for things. We got nappies and wipes in the bounty pack too.
Also got the baby box but it was just the box, mattress and a pack a nappies and wipes.

I've heard the Emma's diary packs are better from Argos rather than boots if that's any use, I got mine from Argos but I'm guessing they're all the same really. The boots parenting club is great so I'd definitely sign up!

Where are link for baby box and bounty packs please?

I've found the Emma's diary one and signed up :)

Not sure about baby box but bounty has an app you can redeem the voucher on

I did the Baby Box Co sleep bundle pack - cost me £6 to get posted and when it arrived it had a small pack of Lidl nappies and wipes in it, and a handful of vouchers for stuff I wouldn’t use. Completely not worth it IMO.

faelavie · 02/06/2019 14:23

I got the Lidl baby box too and it definitely wasn't worth the postage spent on it.

Holding off getting anything from Bounty, they share your personal information illegally, not worth what you get in the packs imo

I just spent 25 minutes doing the course on
edu.babyboxco.com/course

To get the "free" baby box goodies but cost me just over 8 dollars for delivery

Is this the same as what you're referring to as the baby box?

pastabest · 02/06/2019 16:58

Amazon usually do a free gift of some sort when you create a baby wishlist and buy stuff from it.

faelavie · 02/06/2019 17:15

@lynwen84 Yep, same thing.

lynwen84 · 14/06/2019 15:25

This is what I got from each Emma's diary bags (3 in total)

Not worth going out of your way to get them as PP said.

As I collected all at once don't know whether this is why they contained pretty much the same things

I did the babyboxco courses and saw what the items were. Apart from the box and mattress you get some nappies and wipes that cost a total of £1.31. No pick up in my county so delivery was £6. Didn't bother!
