Any thoughts/ advice welcome...

Just got offered a new role in my current company, same job I do now but abit more responsibility. Same day, I find out Im pregnant- 4 years of trying, 3 mcs, absolutely over the moon!
Only question now is should I still take the job? Will be more work which might not be ideal if not feeling well during pregnancy & need to go to appointments etc. But at the same time, dont want to miss opportunity & definitely dont want to have a give a reason im not taking job.
What would you do? xx

I'd take it, you never know what the future will hold. Go for it.

Take the job, it will be harder to progress if you return part time. I had a really easy first pregnancy while working, time off is allowed for appointments and sickness. I also achieved a few big things within my role while pregnant and subsequently didn't return to work (as I was pregnant again) but at least now I have that on my CV for if I return in the future.

No reason not to especially as it is the same company.
