Definitely looks like it! My very first MN post was similar to this, I couldn't believe it as we'd been told we'd need IVF. The phrase used on that thread was 'OP you are royally upduffed!' Congratulations!

@mummyparanoia101 6 home tests and a blood test later and I’m pregnant! First midwife appointment on 28th May, AF was due Monday but clearly she’s on vacation🥰👶🏻

Thank you all! Im so excited but I’m just now exhausting myself with questions as I work in a bar and it is only early days but when should I inform them because I’m urinating more frequently, nauseous, fatigue and cramping also I have too carry the trays from the dishwasher full of glasses and I have to bring boxes of alcohol to the bar and I usually get backache at work anyway so now I’m unsure of when too inform them as I’m working tonight.
