Fluctuating symptoms

Hi all. I'm 6+3 with my first pregnancy after a mmc a year ago. So far my symptoms have been fairly mild but I noticed today that my boobs are less tender than they have been. Do symptoms tend to fluctuate? I know I'm reading too much into everything right now as I'm nervous about miscarrying again.

Yep they fluctuate lots. I too am a worrier and I'm trying not to overthink everything. It's really hard!

Hey I had this, mine completely disappeared at 8 weeks for nearly two weeks! Boobs deflated sickness gone and I was sure something was wrong but they came back and continued to come and go. I think it's common for them to come and go. I just took one day at a time, it's so hard not to worry and it's easy to over analyze everything. Hope you are well x

Thank you both for your replies. Much appreciated and has put my churning mind at ease a little. Hope everything is well with you too. X
