What week did you have your 12 week scan?

9 weeks and waiting for a letter for my scan date. I know I probably sound very impatient but what week did you have your scan?
I have family over the week I should hopefully be 12 weeks so really hoping we have the scan that week. All being well with the baby it would be really nice to announce to them in person. When I google it though I keep reading how a lot of people where in their 13 week just wondered if that's common? TIA

I had my scan last week, my midwife had put my 'due date' on my notes and this was what they used to book in my scan. Turns out I was actually 14+2 so should have been booked in sooner

My scan was at 12+5 (based on conception date of ivf pregnancy). Although people often call it a 12 week scan it can be done any time between 11-13+5 weeks if you’re planning on having NT scan and combined screening.

For my first daughter I was 13+4 and in this pregnancy I was 12+ 5. Both times I only received the appointment a week beforehand.

13 and 16!!! (Thought I was 12!)

With my first I got my letter though a couple weeks before and it was in week 13.

This baby I got my scan letter at my first appointment with the midwife (said on the letter for the midwife if I didn't go to the appointment with her then I wouldn't get a scan) and I'm booked in week 13 again, it was week 12 but I had to move in a further week because of work.

I also have my yellow notes already with this pregnancy which my midwife gave me at my appointment whereas with my first I didn't get them until beyond 13 weeks because my midwife just didn't bother sorting them and the hospital had to give them me

12+1 i had mine.

Mine is this week when I’ll be 12+5 according to my dates.

11 weeks with DS1
15 weeks with DS2. Apparently my dates were 2 weeks out.

This time 13.1 , thought I was 12.2

Mine is next Friday & I'll be 13+1 from LMP date!

12 weeks but only a weeks notice for the appointment so keep an eye on the post!

At exactly 12 weeks, and having my 20 week scan at 19+6, also had my 16 week midwife appointment at exactly 16 weeks!

I got my letter through at the weekend, mine is in 3 weeks time when I will be 12+2 weeks. With my dd my scan was booked in for 10 weeks from lmp so I had to rearrange it as it was too early

Just done a post on this without seeing this one. Mine is next week, when by their calculations I'll be 11+4 but I think they've miscalculated because I'm sure I'll only be 10+6

13 weeks first time, 12+6 second

I think I was 13+2. The results of the combined screening came through three days later.

14+5 so too late for the screening. Having an extra blood test instead!

I was a day off of 14 weeks. I think it depends on the area but our hospital is so oversubscribed that apparently most women get their scan at nearer 14 weeks than 12. This is another reason I paid for a private scan at 10 weeks x

I'll be 11wks on Wed and still haven't received my scan letter

I only just received my scan due date letter last Friday I was 10 weeks and I'm booked in 3 June so will be 12+3 when I have it. I saw my midwife at 7 weeks when she requested my scan and the wait was hard work, I'm very impatient.
You should receive it very soon, she did say you could receive it literally a week before your scan.

12 weeks on the day, I got the letter about 3/4 weeks before, at the same time as the booking in app letter

I received my letter a few days after my booking in appointment, so when I was about 10 weeks. My scan was at 12+3 and I had asked the midwife if I could be at the earlier end of the screening time frame as I knew from an early private scan that I was measuring a few days ahead of my lmp date and really wanted the combined screen. I was right as the scan put me at 12+6 so if I had had my scan at the end of the 13 weeks I would have actually been over 14!

I had a scan at 11+2 then 13+2 because I wasn't quite 12 weeks the first time.

Mine is when I’ll be 11+5

Everyone thought I was nearly 14 weeks when my scan was booked so I was rushed through however as I predicted I was only 12+3 got my 20 week scan at 19+6.
