I'm framing out because I already feel like I've picked up weight, and I cannot stop eating!!! 😩

I'm not doing the whole 'I'm pregnant I have cravings, I'll eat!', I'm really trying!

I was very actuate in doing weights when not pregnant but since finding out pregnant (which is a miracle! As I got told I wouldn't have kids), hubby asked me to take it down to just walking or swimming to give it the best chance!

So I'm just panicking that I'm going to balloon 😩

Don't worry- I'm just over 7 weeks and exactly the same! Before finding out I was pregnant (not planned and also a miracle as my twins are IVF) I was doing weight watchers and going gym all the time! I actually had a feeling I was pregnant because apart from late period, straight away my stomach looked bigger (even though I thought it was unlikely I was pregnant). I literally cannot stop eating and feel much more sick this time (its just one as had early scan) than with my twins. I wrote down everything I ate the other day and was shocked. I was really big with my twins and had them 6 weeks early- scared I'm going to be even bigger this time! ha x

Try eating more whole foods. My appetite has also increased but if I load up on sweet potatoes / carrots / salad veg then I do limit calories.
