Help?
So i've searched and searched for info but whatever i find doesn't quite fit to my situation.

Basically i have the coil. It was fitted July 2017, it never stopped my periods, infact made them worse. This brings me to this year 2019, just after christmas ish. No period,I started getting Nausea, breast aches, frequent urination, dizzy spells etc. All symptoms i had with my 2 childrenoo134ssTook a test (4 infact) all negative as figured.. coil is pretty effective as far as most are concerned. Left it to see if it could be random viral symtoms. In the end called the dr to be told on the phone that i'm not pregnant as i have the coil and my home PT was negative. Seriously?! Anyway got app, they did UPT and was neg. Sent away with Antibiotics JUST IN CASE it was a UTI. Comes to May i'm not feeling as sick but still no period, still get breast aches, and everything is an effort, tiny bit of spotting twice since Jan? Can't lie on my stomach without it feeling uncomfortable etc. The only symptom i am missing is i can still smoke! My DD it made me violently sick to even smell it on anyone, DS it judt made me feel slightly sick to smell it (i quite with both anyway obviously) at moment it just make me feel slightly nausea if anything every now and then. I came across Cryptic pregnancy while reading something else and it got my thinking.

Anyone know if this is possible. I don't want to go dr again to have more "just in case" meds as they made me feel absolutely terrible for a week and i dislike taking pointless anti biotics.

Sorry for the long post but hoping anyone could have any suggestions?

Does the coil just change its effect randomly after time? (18 months)

Thanks!

I imagine any hormonal contraceptive can change how your body works when it comes to periods, and such like. I can't have the Mirena coil as it sends my hormones crazy, periods irregular and I had to do several pregnancy tests. Now on the copper coil and so far no issues, and back to a regular 28/29 day cycle. I even got tested for early menopause on the Mirena coil. I'd go and see a contraception nurse to discuss it properly
