Normal or signs of miscarriage?

Hey all
I'm 11+5 with DC2 - I have had cramping on and off since before AF was due, but today it feels particularly worse almost identical to when AF is going to arrive! I'm starting to panic I never had any symptoms with my DD, and sailed through pregnancy, I've had constant nausea sore boobs etc and now these cramp like pains, it feels as though my pelvis area is full and causing a horrible tummy ache with back pain 😞

Has anyone else had this? And had a positive outcome? I've got a scan this Thursday coming. I've had 2 previous mc's however I've now got my rainbow baby!

I had similar and am now 22weeks. Mentioned to midwifes I still have achy pains in my hips and they weren’t phased. As long it’s not accompanied with bleeding try not to worry

I had this I'm just 12 weeks and went to the doctors a few days ago and turns out I had a uti just to be safe I would go an see some one to make sure all okay xx

Hi im now 15wks & from week 5-8 i had bad cramps, last week i had bad pain again they checked me & the baby we are both fine.
Id say get it checked just to put your mind at ease, pain is normal but it is scary for us mums x

Thank you! Il get a doctors appointment tomorrow! When I had my booking appointment my midwife asked if I had symptoms of a UTI as there were some traces of nitrates in my urine but I get UTIs so often (always suffered with them) I don't get symptoms until it's too late and progressed into a kidney infection! My midwife said she would send my sample off and if there was anything alarming they would call, I haven't heard anything so assumed no news to be good news! But il defo go to my GP tomorrow!

No bleeding as it stands! Hoping it's just the 'normal' kind of growing pains! As I said I didn't have any symptoms what so ever with DD apart from late AF so nothing to compare too with symptoms as such!

Urinary tract infection is a probable cause of these pains, OP.

Take a sample to your practice nurse tomorrow.

I had terrible cramps an awful lot of early pregnancy. Sometimes was actually related to being constipated or trapped wind. Though often felt like cramp. Currently 32 weeks and the cramps calmed down once I was in the second trimester.

Scan shows baby with good strong heartbeat, everything as it should be 😊
