Hi

Got DD aged 3. Had morning sickness with her but I was not prepared for it to be this bad this time round! I’m really struggling.

Not actually being sick but feeling so so rough. Calorie intake has halfed, not even really drinking. Hammering the gaviscon. CBeebies on all the time! Do have a great DH but worried about how I’m going to get through work the next few weeks and the commute to work on a rancid, packed commuter train.

I guess I’m just having a moan (!) and also asking - was your MS worse with DC2 and how long did it last? I’m 7+3.

Thanks ladies.

I also felt like this at the start with my 2nd pregnancy.
It did go away but now 31weeks and it's come back. Definitely didn't get this last time. Struggling with drinks too, had to get a selection of fizzy drinks yesterday to try and find something I liked
Hope your sickness doesn't last too long it is awful!

Oh no this doesn't bode well 😕 We are ttc #3 and morning sickness was not good but manageable first time round, -at least when I ate it eased off (plus I could eat quite a few things.)
Second baby it was relentless. All I could eat was white toast and cola. Felt so guilty too as usually eat really healthily. Also I couldn't bear the smell of any food or washing up liquid (handy!) 😁

I have heard crispy apples or mango sometimes go down ok. For me both times it eased off around 12 weeks though. So feel for all you suffering, really brings back the memories. Hope it eases soon.
