For a few weeks now i have been getting stinging needle type pains in my nipples... and the only way to make them feel better is to give them a squeeze..... which causes me to be soaked in colustrum!

Im 21+3 - someone tell me this is normal. I have never had this with the other 2!

There was someone here who recommended going for regular breast massage (as in professionally, not just your DH getting a bit randy) as its great for relieving discomfort and pain.

Unfortunately I have no idea who this person was, or where they got their massage done, but apparently it worked wonders for them during pregnancy and after the birth

Ive not got any advice im afraid as i dont know either but just to say i feel your pain! so glad you mentioned it cos i was wondering what on earth it was. not getting the colustrum yet, just this intense itchy/stinging sensation that is only relieved by rubbing my nipples really hard...
