Low haemoglobin etc. - how much do I need to stress?

I just got my blood results back and I've got low readings on haemoglobin, haemocrit and RBC, which I'm guessing means I'm a bit anemic.

Should I be stressing about this and doing something urgently? Or just try to up the iron in my diet from now on?

Any thoughts or experience with this?

pop a bit of iron in the diet or some iron tabs. I think there are some which are better than others as far as side effects are concerned (I am sure someone will be along and tell you which ones).

It is perfetly normal to get a bit anemic during pregnancy. If it was bad you should have been prescribed on iron tabs

or along before me....

and don't stress!

I was prescribed iron when my Hb hit 10.8, just as a precaution (they like to keep it over 10) and apart from turning my poo black have had none of the touted side effects.
