Worth picking one up? I'm 31 weeks.

I couldn't do without mine, I got it around 16 weeks and now 27. I use it while watching the tv mainly, it's so good for getting out those stretching niggles or soreness after work. I use it for pilates exercises as well, but even just sitting on it instead of the sofa has been amazing.

I love mine. It makes such a difference to my aching back/sacrum sitting on that rather than our sofa. I also sit on it instead of a chair when I’m working at my desk. Oh and I’ve found doing kegels on it much easier than anywhere else too.

Really useful for last few weeks of pregnancy when sitting down for a long time but also spent a lot of time bouncing and doing circles on mine during labour, although I didn’t take my own as my birth centre has loads of them.

I haven’t used mine post birth but I think people use them in they find sitting down uncomfortable afterwards too!

I bounced on it as much as possible in the 3 days leading up to my youngest birth, spent all day on it the day I went into labour and I credit it with setting me off

I used mine a bit before baby came ... absolute godsend when in labour! When I was in the first stage I was on it loads ... I don’t know if I was going to have a quick labour but only took 13 hours for him to come... strong regular contractions for about 9 of those ... relieved pressure of head ... maternity tens machine from boots as well was a godsend when in labour x x

I had one but to be honest didnt really see the point of it.

Useless imo

I loved mine. Bouned / sat on it a lot towards the end of preg and bounced on it continuously in early labour and when I got to hospital my DD flew out in 20 minutes.

DH however, won't let me forget that I insisted he stuffed it into the car- with great difficulty- to take to hospital and then I didn't want it when I was there 😂
