Hi mummies I'm 40 and trying to conceive natural what to do an what to eat I had 6 miscarriages in 8 years my last born is 11 years

Hello, I’m 45 and currently 38 weeks pregnant after a miscarriage last April. It’s been a rollercoaster of a pregnancy though and I am literally counting down until Baby is born.

I’ve not done anything in particular or eaten anything in particular? I think more that I was fortunate to conceive quickly twice in a year and I count my blessings for that every day.

I am quite healthy, eat a relatively balanced diet, don’t smoke or drink and have a regular 28 day cycle though.... I’m sure all of that helped a bit.

I conceived both my children naturally at 37 and 40. I did nothing special, and both were conceived first cycle.

I conceived naturally at 41, TWINS born when I was 42

Had ds at 43 on the third cycle of ttc. Gave up fizzy pop and ate lots of veg.

Easy conception at 41, I was a very fit gym lover, taking vitamins, healthy BMI, 28 day cycles and occasional juicing. Baby born perfect at very nearly 42.

I'm 10 weeks pg again at nearly 44. It took a lot longer and there was a MC along the way. Not nearly as fit or healthy, much less sleep, cycles were shorter, and even older.......but I put it down to accupuncture, reflexology, ubiquinol (a supplement that improves egg quality), liquid iron and fertility massage. It's important to keep your body warm by massaging your tummy, avoiding cold drinks and getting cold feet. Go over to the TTC at 40 plus board on TTC and the ladies there have so many tips.

Im 39 & 15wks pregnant did take almost a year,i think getting my smear test made me get pregnant as got pregnant the same month i had that done x
