Beauty treatment & being led on back

How do you have treatments when your over 20 weeks? Was thinking about booking a facial for a couple of weeks time now my skin has settled but ill be 20 weeks and have to be on my back for 40 mins to an hour

Depends on where you’re going. Top spas that specialise in maternity beauty treatments ususually prop pregnant women up with pillows into a semi reclined position; and which facials are and aren’t suitable during pregnancy. That won’t happen at cheaper places (and in many cases the beautician won’t even know safe positions / products during pregnancy).

I'm 39 weeks and had a facial two weeks ago. They just adjusted the table so I was lying down but sat up (if that makes sense). So I wasnt
like a plank!!
It was also the best facial I've ever had!!!
