Large Yolk Sac - 6 week 2 days

Hello, I am hoping someone can give me some positive news. Yesterday I miscarried to find out today that there is another button in there with a heartbeat. I was elated and burst into tears only then to be told that I have a large Yolk Sac for the baby. Does anyone have any experience of this and have positive news.

Maybe it was a large Yok sac bc you had twins? Did the doctor not say? I’m sorry I don’t have the answer, but maybe someone else will.

They didn't really tell me much information and as I was in shock I just left and started reading Google. I did have a gush of blood late last night again but nothing in the clot so assume everything is as it was and still inside.
