Swollen gums

Hi, I'm currently 38+3 weeks pregnant and I've had a few pains in my gums and teeth for the past week, it's strange because it's only on one side. Not sure wether to contact the dentist or not. Anyone else experienced this?

I had this a few weeks ago I'm 38+5 get yourself some corsodyl mouthwash helped me massively all good now.
