Implantation bleeding?

Hi

I'm wondering if you can help, my periods can be irregular and I thought I was due on this week but yesterday I was getting light pink blood when wiping, so I put on a pad just in case... over the course of the evening I expected it to get heavier and my period to start, instead it stopped and now when I wipe there is nothing but urine. I'm confused ☹️ thank you in advance !

Probably worth doing a pregnancy test

I did one a few minutes and it's still negative, urine is still clear and all day I've been getting sharp pains on my left side under my hip, not constant though short intervals x
