Hi,

Long story short my wife and I are 31, son was still born, had MC etc.

A relative has approached us to be a surrogate, what are the implications of this? Has anyone done it before?

I would speak to a legal professional if you can. Don’t take advice from an Internet forum. People will give well meaning advice but it can be totally wrong. I would get all the facts before you proceed with anything so you know who has what legal rights
