What's going on!?

Hi,

Just came off Depo Provera after 3 or so years.

Had acid reflux last week & again sometimes this week.

TMI but really sore breasts for a week & painful pubic bone??

Could I be pregnant? We still use protection. Not sure if these are just side effects from coming off.

When was your last Depo injection and when would you have been due to have the next one? It’s possible your body is just adjusting to the change in hormones in your body and displaying symptoms - also, symptoms of pmt can be very similar to early symptoms of pregnancy so it can be difficult to distinguish between the two!!

Oops when I say just... my last one was actually January. Yeah I'm not sure seems to be the same symptoms for both!

So you’re just in the ‘overdue for next depo’ window. My experience was it took months for my periods to come back to any semblance of regularity after stopping depo and found I did get symptoms which I put down to being pmt.
