What is this a scan of?

Had my first scan the other day. The doctor gave me 5 photos in total. 4 were very clearly either the whole baby or just it's head. But I have no idea what this 5th one is. Any ideas??

I may be wrong (probably am!) but is that a 'potty shot'? Up the baby's bum between the legs?

I did wonder! So is it a boy or a girl??

How many weeks are you? To me that looks like an approx. 12 weeks baby, with the head to the right and the spine being the bright line across the screen. The baby is turned slightly away, so you’re looking really at the back of its head and its back.

I agree with PP, looks like baby’s back/spine.
