I know this is common, but hoping that just means there will be some tips out there.

32+4 and Last few nights I've been getting awful cramp in my calves. I'm now waking up in pain as well as to wee, so there's almost no point going to sleep. I drink a huge amount of water, stretch before bed and exercise regularly - well, I walk lots and do a little yoga. I wear supporting trainers almost all the time, as little else fits.

Anyone got any other tricks to help?

Eat bananas and magnesium rich foods. Sometimes the cramps are caused by a lack of potassium or magnesium.

My cramp stoped when I started taking a magnesium supplement. Good luck.
