When do I worry about my temperature?

DD (3) has shared her virus with me. She has had quite a high temperature. Is there a point where I should take paracetamol to try and lower my temperature? I’m 28 weeks pregnant if that makes a difference.

Hi,
I remember having a horrible virus whilst pregnant with my first. I had a raging temperature despite paracetamol. I was worried so spoke to my midwife and they said that a temperature wouldn’t harm my unborn baby. I think I was around 30 weeks at the time.

I hope you feel better soon

I would take paracetamol anyway! Being sick is miserable. Being pregnant and sick is worse. Paracetamol to lower your fever and take away any aches will at least make you feel more comfortable and human

Lucky only feel hot and no aches and pains but I’m exhausted but I suspect that’s more to do with DD another sleeping well and only wanting ‘mama’.
