Blood tests- when did you get your results???

Had my blood tests for... anemia, sickle cell, hiv, dvt etc on Monday and was wondering when I should hear back... only reason thinking about it is going on holiday in 2 days!

If there was anything wrong you'd hear soon if not already, but if they all come back clear they'll probably send you a letter in a few days, maybe friday or beginning of next week. hth x

I'm assuming all of mine were okay as I have never been given any results, in this pregnancy or when I had DS (aged 5 1/2). I thought that they only told you results if they was anything wrong...?

yeah they usually contact you if theres a problem.if ur anxious then give them a ring tomorrow and see if they have the results ready

The turnaround is normally about a week - if everything's normal they'll probably just stick the results slip in your notes at your next MW appt.

thought so, just thought I'd continue me usual thrend of worrying that something dreadful was wrong!
I know I'm not hiv + but will still worry I am all the same until I have been told otherwise!

do you think they will my results if i ring tmrw or do you think it is too early- did anyone else ring up if so when?
